(1) The quality determined or recognized by the council in relation to any substance, process or service and the necessary details related thereto may be published by the office for the information of the general public and may also be sold and distributed.
(2) If the council amends or cancels the quality published in accordance with sub-rule (1), the office will also publish the notice thereof for the information of the general public.
